Since 1986, Michael Blauner has been one of Bergen County New Jersey’s premier personal trainers.

Michael’s clients say that his motivational skills and training techniques have more than helped them achieve, and maintain their fitness goals.

Being one of Bergen County’s personal fitness leaders, Michael states, “My clients are already winners- powerful people who make good decisions. Our joint goal is to redirect their focus, just for a few hours a week, to build a healthy foundation that will propel them to the next level of fitness, energy, and success.”

Regardless of one’s current fitness level, Michael creates a custom program for each client, structuring it around their busy schedules and tailoring it to meet their physical capabilities and needs.

A graduate of William Paterson University and a certified Pilates instructor, Michael has taught more than 35,000 sessions. He is proficient in all forms of exercise: Yoga, strength training, Pilates, cardio, balance, core, flexibility and plyometrics.

Michael was also one of nine trainers around the country chosen to be interviewed for the book Unleash the Body Within: Real World Advice from Top Personal Trainers.
